The ALLIANCE MINERVOIS wine cooperative is the result of the fusion of the coopératives of Homps, La Livinière, Rieux Minervois and Villalier in August 2008 and then of Azillanet in august 2012.
With 600 vinegrowers and 3000 ha of vineyard, SCAV ALLIANCE MINERVOIS is the leader in Languedoc.
The vineyard is located from Narbonne to the outskirts of the medieval city of Carcassonne and stretches over 49 villages from east to west of Minervois.
